About the Role:
All About Learning LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team in Amherst, MA! Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide individualized instruction to meet diverse student learning needs and styles
- Assess and monitor student progress through evaluations, feedback, and reporting
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop best practices and instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation
Requirements:
- Valid Teacher Certification (or credentials to become certified under EEC). If not certified, payrate will differentiate from posted range
- Prior classroom or tutoring experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning levels and styles
- Patient, enthusiastic, and student-centered approach to teaching
- Ability to pass a background check as required

Compensation: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Our mission is to continue the framework that was created within the last 30 years and continue adding educational elements, resources, and materials that will stimulate the growth and development of all children ages 8 weeks of age until 5 years of age. Being licensed through Early Education and Care, we strongly believe we have an obligation to ensure that every student succeeds. We consistently remain determined to provide a high-quality learning center where the children in our community feel welcomed, celebrated, and have the opportunity to explore and experience education with a positive approach. We seek to care for each child individually and allow them to develop new skills at their own pace and ability.
